* Practicing “Zen Time,” at 5:25, we endeavor to be in our places (cushions or chairs) and ready for our sitting meditation practice to begin, at the sound of the bell at 5:30.

The church is located at the corner of Breese Terrace, across the street from the UW football stadium.

Please use the entrance at the back of the building, located near a small parking lot, which you can feel free to use. There is also a larger parking lot just across the street from the back entrance, which you may also use. As you enter the back door, there is an elevator to the right, which you can take to the third floor.

[During the summer from early June to early September we meet in the Fellowship Room on the lower level.]

Bring your own cushions and mats. Chairs are available.

Please allow yourself sufficient time to assure that you find a place to park, locate the meditation room, and find your place in our circle.

These practice sessions include 20 minutes of sitting meditation, 10 minutes of walking meditation, another 20 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by a Dharma discussion, led by a member of our practice community.
